All measurements are plus or minus depending on your taste. I’ve recently cut back on the brown sugar to lessen the burning.
2 teaspoons apple pie spice
1/3 C brown sugar
1/2 diced green apple
mix well and form patties
cook over low heat – the sugar will cause the sausage to darken – that’s the good part 🙂
