Puffed Pancake
This is a fabulous breakfast for guest, it pretty and tastes even better than it looks. Because it’s such a no fuss recipe, you have time to enjoy a cup of coffee with your guests while it bakes – and Hubby cooks the homemade apple sausage – HA!
Puffed Pancake a la Mom
Preheat oven to 425
Combine in blender:
6 eggs
1 ½ Cups milk
1 Cup flour
3 Tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Melt ¼ pound butter in quiche pan
Pour mixed batter over melted butter
Bake for 20-25 minutes until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean
