Balsamic Greens
Ingredients
- 200g green beans, trimmed
- 2 bunches broccolini
- 200 g sugar snap peas. Trimmed
- 1C frozen peas
- 2T white balsamic vinegar
- 1t Dijon mustard
- 1/4 C lemon olive oil
Blanch beans, beoccolini, snap peas for 3 minute. Remove with slotted spoon and add to ice bath. Cook peas for 1 min, transfer to ice bath.
Drain veggies and toss with dreasing.
