Chit Chat with Self
This week calorie counting and water consumption has been easier to manage. I think it’s partially because I’ve found a few meal options that I’m happy with which provide me easy “go to” options so I’m not grabbing bread and cheese. Another help is making simpler meals for Jim so I’m more included to take a few minutes for my own healthy meal prep. I don’t think shrimp with cocktail sauce and an orange involved much prep last night … but it’s what sounded good.
Today my plan is to cook several items with my Joule. That will give me a few, pre-cooked, meal options.
I’ve also been more focused on calorie count vs fat/protein/carb count … it’s time to expand this week to make sure everything is balanced.
So a plan of action … meal prep and more thorough tracking.
