Daily Habits to Improve ..redirect from unhealthy snacking to healthy. If Jim wouldn’t drool on popcorn, I’d have a bowl out.
At the end of the week
What is working and why? It’s great when I have premade meals.
What’s not working and what can I do about it? Trying to make those premade meals is a struggle. Sometimes my day is just overwhelming.
What steps can I take to focus on eating healthy? Find ways to simplify the meal prep with things i still want to eat. I don’t require fancy, but I am picky.
What is one thing I’m doing to take care of my body? Other than facials, not much … I bought a rowing machine though … I have hopes of using it on a regular basis when it arrives.
What three things do I enjoy about improving my health? I want to feel stronger (not winded), clothes to fit better, better able to keep up with my schedule.
What one thing can I do this week to improve my health and wellness? Move more, I now have a garden to care for and four litters of new puppies.
