Menu One

This week’s menu includes meal prep with the main meal at midday and a light meal in the evening.

  • Breakfast cooked apples and yogurt

  • Lunch Chicken Curry

  • Dinner Salad with ground turkey and blue chees crumbles.

  • Bonus days will include Chilean sea bass and roasted broccolini.

  • Snacks are sugar-free instant pudding or blueberry fiber bars. If I’m feeling extra, celery.
