Cucumber Salad
Ingredients
- One white count cucumber peeled and thinly sliced
- One telegraph cucumber thinly sliced
- One iceberg lettuce chopped
- 1/4 cup dill leaves
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
Combine dressing and set aside. Arrange cucumbers and lettuce on serving platter and drizzle with dressing.
