I’ve come to the realization that I need to take baby steps …. first step is recording food.
Breakfast … Oatmeal with blueberries and a tablespoon of granola … coffee, of course.
Lunch … Chick filet … cheese Clem wrap … no cheese, no sauce
Dinner … 1/2 Asian wrap no sauce
Snacks … protein bar, fiber one bar, Tasso coconut bar, handful Captain Crunch … yes I admit I love this horrid stuff.
I’m also taking baby steps with my greatness journal ….
Today I accept that …. my life has changed.
Things I’m grateful for in my life …. to still have Hubby and the support of our sons and their spouses … that includes the girlfriend.
Today I would love to do …. accomplish something from my BIG list in addition to my daily tasks. Now to create my BIG list …..
What went well today? Errand running … accomplished those tasks
What could have been handled differently? Several heated confrontations with Hubby … he was difficult today and I wasn’t in a passive mood and allowed myself to lash back …. I’m just tired.
