Weekly Calorie Count
Here I go again, I think putting the calorie counter app on an iPad might make the copy/paste easier … will give it a go.
Monday
- Breakfast … oatmeal, duh
- Lunch … tuna, veganaise, dill relish
- Snack … D+ protein bars … won’t purchase again but not tossing so must consume … the sacrifices I make.
- Dinner … still pondering
Tuesday
- Breakfast – same
- Lunch – Panera Strawberry Poppy Seed Salad (half) w/baguette
- Dinner … I applied portion control but… macaroni salad, baked beans, hot dog … Kelly’s birthday dinner .. menu was her choice.
Wednesday
- Breakfast – three guesses
- Lunch Siggis 0% fat yogurt w/fresh fruit
- Dinner
